The hotel is conveniently located in the city center, making it easy to explore the local attractions. It is near good late night local eateries, such as the night market at Meong. it is within walking distance of Wat Ong Teu temple, allowing guests to experience the beauty of the nearby cultural sites.
The facilities in the hotel could benefit from some improvement.

Gentle stuff, a nice size and bright rooms with good shower and the bedroom, as example. Plenty of goodies for breakfast. Location close enough to the restaurants, cafes, shopping centers, night market, bike rental, the Chao Anouvong Park and Mekong River, and tourist attractions and the riverside.

We loved this hotel! The staff were incredibly accommodating and friendly, making us feel welcomed from the moment we arrived. The location was perfect, with easy access to the main road and within walking distance to various restaurants, cafes, and the night market. The hotel's lobby area had a cozy and homey atmosphere, and the breakfast served each morning was delicious. We also appreciated the fact that the hotel had a limited number of rooms per floor, ensuring a less crowded and more comforting stay.
No negatives from this place.

I stayed at the hotel for a few days on a leisure trip. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms were comfortable and clean, with a good selection of TV channels. The swimming pool was a great bonus and was well-maintained. The hotel also offered scooters for rent at a reasonable price, making it easy to get around the area. I found it to be a great value for the price.
Would recommend this hotel.

One of the best and most enjoyable stays during my tour
Big room with comfortable beds, climate control, multi-channel TV, and a mini fridge bar. Nice private bathroom. Conveniently located in the city center, close to amenities.

During my Xmas stay at this hotel, I appreciated the friendly staff and their willingness to help. The hotel offered a good selection of TV channels in the rooms, which was a nice bonus. Its location, while not in the heart of the tourist area, was easily accessible with a scooter for a small fee. This gave me the freedom to explore the city quickly and conveniently.
The bathroom tiles were stained and the bedroom walls seemed hastily patched without proper repainting. the use of a wall-mounted soap dispenser instead of individual toiletries felt more like a public bathroom rather than a hotel.

I chose this hotel for attending a congress as it provided the necessary amenities like a business center and a restaurant. The staff was friendly and the facilities were in good condition, making my stay comfortable and convenient.
The only service I missed for my work was a dedicated workspace or desk in the room.

We had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The staff was thoughtful and went out of their way to accommodate our requests. One of the staff members even took the time to introduce us to some of the main sights in Vientiane, which we really appreciated. The location of the hotel was also great, situated on a quiet street but still close to everything we wanted to explore.

The location was epic, just a short walk to the vibrant night market and tons of cool shops and restaurants. The rooms were super clean and cozy, with big comfy beds for us to crash after exploring all day. The staff were super cool too, always there to help us out. it was an awesome experience, and we can't wait to come back!
The only thing we wished for was a more happening party scene at the hotel. It would have been lit if they had a cool rooftop bar or a club downstairs for us young party-goers to have some wild fun.

The value for money at this hotel was great, with a spacious and comfortable room. The location was convenient and the staff were extremely accommodating, allowing me to check in early and making me feel very welcome.
One minor improvement that could be made to breakfast items would be to provide shampoo, soap, and a hairdryer in the rooms, as these were missing during my stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Sp in Vientiane. The receptionist was incredibly lovely and helpful, and she quickly changed our room when we discovered a faulty AC. The hotel's location is very convenient for exploring the city, and the rooms were nice enough. The front of the hotel is appealing with a beautiful foyer. One of the staff members went above and beyond to introduce us to some of the main sights in the area. We also appreciated their efforts to accommodate our requests.
Nothing bad to say at all. 😊

A hidden gem in a quiet location with great service. I rented a bicycle from the hotel and it was in excellent condition, making my city exploration a breeze. The laundry service was efficient and my clothes were ready the next day. The staff even helped me book transportation to Vang Vieng, ensuring my safety with seatbelts in the minivan. The comfortable and clean room, along with the delicious complimentary breakfast, made my stay even more enjoyable. I'll definitely recommend this charming and welcoming hotel.
